Dimitris Tsironis (ÄçìÞôñçò Ôóéñþíçò) has been active in the field of sound creations and manipulations for two decades. Main name used is "melophobia" (ìåëùöïâßá). Over the years there have been many collaborations, different heteronyms, releases in various formats and audio style changes.

Candles are a new sound creation in early 2021 that has not been released in physical form yet. The titles are pieces of the poem of the same name by the Greek (Alexandrian) poet of the 20th century Constantinos Cavafy. Their creation was based on short analogous excerpts of recorded melodies that were transformed into atmospheric fields for repetitive beat actions.

Versions of tracks 6 & 7 are different from the initial ones (as published through Spare Chance). Track 9 is a bonus one intended for the cassette version of Splat Records.
